These Terms & Conditions govern your use of buzzin-bees.com and any purchases made through this website. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are governed by Swedish law.

1. Operator

PMA Nordic AB (organisationsnummer 559588-2159, VAT SE559588215901), trading as Buzzin' Bees, represented by Adam M Akkemik. Registered office: Svinninge, 184 92 Åkersberga, Sweden. Email: info@buzzin-bees.com

2. Products

We sell raw honey produced at our own apiary in Svinninge, Sweden, and selected beekeeping nutrition products. All products are described as accurately as possible. Natural variations in colour, crystallisation and taste are normal for raw honey and are not defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT: 25% on beekeeping nutrition and hive care products, and 12% on honey (livsmedel — food for human consumption). The VAT included is shown per rate on your order confirmation.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe (card, Klarna and Apple Pay). Your full card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
You may also pay by Swish to our number 123 617 06 82, quoting your order number as the message. A Swish order is confirmed by hand once we see the transfer arrive, so it is not instant — and until it is confirmed the goods are not set aside for you.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Exception: Under Art. 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been broken. That covers our honey jars and the supplements — the product’s own lid or inner packet, never the shipping box. Once a honey jar’s seal is broken it cannot come back; sealed, unopened products may be returned. Our Returns Policy sets out exactly which seal counts. A faulty product is not covered by this exception — the three-year right to complain under the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260) runs separately, and a broken seal takes nothing away from it.

Who pays the return postage. When you withdraw, the cost of sending the goods back to us is yours. If the item was faulty or wrongly sent that is a complaint rather than a withdrawal, and we cover the return and refund the delivery cost as well.

Free delivery and partial withdrawal. Free delivery applies from 1 000 SEK, the threshold itself included. If you withdraw from part of an order and the goods you keep fall below that threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery cost that would have applied to those goods — the same delivery you would have paid had you ordered only them. We do not normally apply it to a one-off return; we do apply it where returns are repeated. Nothing is deducted when you withdraw from the whole order, or when the item was faulty or wrongly sent. 6. Warranties and Liability

Products comply with Swedish and EU food safety regulations. In the event of a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, photographs and illustrations — is the property of Buzzin’ Bees or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Beekeeping information

Everything on this site about bee health and beekeeping practice is general information, not veterinary advice — colonies, seasons and Swedish conditions all differ. For a sick colony, ask your local beekeeping association or a veterinarian. Where AI has helped write or translate our text, a person has read and approved it; see our AI Disclosure.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be addressed through our customer service. If unresolved, you may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN — Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). ARN is free to use and we follow its decisions.
