We ship our honey and beekeeping products from Svinninge, Sweden. All orders are carefully packed to protect glass jars and ensure safe delivery.

What the 2–4 days is made of. One business day for us to pack and hand the parcel over, and 1–3 business days for the carrier to get it to your service point. The dispatch email quotes the carrier leg only, because by then our part is done.
Free shipping within Sweden from 1000 SEK. The threshold counts, so exactly 1000 SEK qualifies. That is the value of the goods added together — any mix of products, not 1000 SEK of one — and it is counted before shipping, so the shipping charge itself never has to reach the threshold. Your cart tells you how much is left to it. The offer is for Swedish deliveries only; we do not ship anywhere else at present, and if that changes the terms for the new country will be set then.
Three jars of our own honey also ship free, whatever the basket comes to. It counts jars, not kronor: three or more jars of Buzzin’ Bees honey in the same order means no shipping charge within Sweden, and anything else in that basket travels with them. It runs while this harvest lasts — once the honey is sold out, nothing can qualify. Every other product keeps the 1000 SEK rule above.
Where your parcel comes from
The goods are ours before you order them, and they are held in two places. The Dr. Gost range sits in our own warehouse in Åkersberga — Stenhagsvägen 45–47, plan 2, Lokal 24 — which we lease, and which has a loading bay and a lift that takes a full EU pallet, because that is what importing a range by the pallet actually requires. The honey never goes there. It is extracted, strained and bottled at the apiary in Svinninge and stays there until it is packed. We import the Dr. Gost range ourselves, on our own EORI number and through our own customs clearance. Nothing in this shop is posted to you by a supplier in another country — what is usually called dropshipping.
Everything we sell is therefore sent from Sweden, by us. Orders leave from Svinninge, which is also where you collect one if you would rather not have it posted — described below.
That is how we work rather than a promise of faster delivery: the delivery time is 2–4 business days from order, exactly as in the table above. What it does tell you is where the goods are when you order them, who packs them, and who answers you if something is wrong. Whether one particular item is in stock right now is shown on its product page.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
During peak harvest season (July–September) processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed.
Packaging
We pack in FSC-marked corrugated board in three sizes, so the box follows the order rather than the other way round — one jar of honey does not travel in a box built for four. The void is filled with kraft paper instead of plastic chips.
Every glass jar is wrapped individually in bubble wrap. That is the only plastic in the parcel, and it is there because glass breaks and paper alone does not carry it through a freight network.
The board is marked FSC Mix under our supplier’s Chain of Custody certificate, BV-COC-156739. We are not FSC certified ourselves — the material is. Board and paper go in the paper recycling and the bubble wrap in the plastic recycling, or on to the next parcel if you pack things yourself.
Tracking
Your parcel is sent to the DHL service point you chose at checkout — we use UPS only where DHL has no point near you, which is rare — and the carrier notifies you by email or SMS when it has arrived there and is ready to collect. If you need the tracking number before then, just ask us.
Collect from us in Svinninge
At checkout you can choose Collect from us in Svinninge instead of having the order posted. There is no shipping cost and no carrier involved. We pack the order, email you as soon as it is ready, and agree a time and a place with you — please do not come before that email. Bring your order number.
The address is Svinningeuddsvägen 6E, 184 92 Åkersberga. For a large order we may suggest the warehouse instead — Stenhagsvägen 45–47, where there is a loading bay and no stairs to carry boxes down. We say so in the same email, so the place is settled before you set off. Collection is offered for Swedish orders only, and your right to withdraw is exactly the same as for a posted order: buying online is a distance contract however you take delivery of it.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and email info@buzzin-bees.com within 15 days of receiving it. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, shipping included, at no cost to you. See our Returns Policy for the details.
