We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This Returns Policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you (or a third party you designated) received the goods. No reason is required.
How to Return
- Email info@buzzin-bees.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number and that you wish to return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Return the product in its original, sealed packaging. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made through Stripe to your original payment method.
We may deduct from the refund any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Exceptions — Opened or Unsealed Products
Because of the nature of our products — food and consumable bee-care supplements — and for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply, under Art. 16(d) and 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, to:
- Any product whose cap, lid, tamper-evident seal or original packaging has been opened or broken.
- Honey, supplements or other consumables that can deteriorate or expire once opened.
Only unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day period. This does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrect items (see below).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen).
